You can visit the library to pull your books from the shelf, but the easiest option is to request your materials via Catalyst. When you receive an email that they are ready to pick up, you will find your materials in MSEL on M-Level on the shelves across from the central stairwell. They will already be checked out.
Custodial staff clean high touch surfaces frequently throughout the day and the building will be thoroughly cleaned each night.
As you enter, or at any time, you may ask the guard for cleaning wipes to wipe down the surfaces you are using. There are hand sanitizer stations located throughout the library
There are printers available in MSEL and Brody. Beyond the library, additional printers are located in the Freshman Quad tent, the Hutzler Reading Room (HUT), the Krieger lab, Charles Commons, and Levering Hall.
Computers with access for non-JHU affiliates are available on M-Level of MSEL. Specialty computers, including GIS computers on A-Level of MSEL, print release stations throughout MSEL and Brody, and Electronic Resource Center computers, are availble to JHU affiliates. Data Services provides remote assistance via Zoom for users of the GIS computers.
