Faculty Studies


 Faculty studies in the Eisenhower Library can be activated for network connectivity. This will allow the researcher to use their personal laptop and the Internet from the study. Please note: wireless access is not supported in faculty studies. A laptop with a wired network interface is required.
 
In order to have your faculty study activated for network connectivity, please fill out this request form. Faculty studies are activiated within 36 business hours of the request, and the requester will be notified via email when the request has been completed.
 
Researchers will be responsible for providing a Cat 5 network cable, available for purchase at the JHU bookstore. Note that you cannot print to the Library public printers from your personal laptop. You may, however, provide a personal printer for your faculty study at your expense. After the faculty study has been activated, please follow these instructions when you connect your computer in the faculty study.
