Selected Research Tools and Web Sites
There are some interesting books and manuscripts on manners in Special Collections. See the Librarian for Italian or the Rare Books Curator to find and use them. For example: 16th century editions of Il libro del cortegiano, and a 15th century Italian manuscript on marriage and family life.

Writing a Research Paper
  • As you go about the research process, use the bibliographic management tool RefWorks. It helps you organize your research, create a bibliography, and insert footnotes as you write. You can download records directly from the libraries' catalog and from article databases.
