Access to Eisenhower E-Reserves is restricted

 In order to view Eisenhower E-Reserves you will need to use JHSecure, the Hopkins Virtual Private Network (VPN)

How to acquire and use JHSecure

1. Login at the JHED site
2. In the blue box entitled Applications click on "Download VPN Client Software"
3. You will be asked to login again in order to download the software
4. Chose the Johns Hopkins University version
5. After you have downloaded the software, install in on your computer

Please note: If you have not established your JHED password yet, you will need to do so.  To retrieve your JHED ID and then establish a password, please go to the JHED directory at http://jhed.jhu.edu.  Search for your name.  Your assigned login ID displays in your record.  To create your password, click on "first time login" and follow the prompts and record all elements for your files (secret question and answer, password).

Any time you want to access E-reserves from off campus you will need to run JHSecure. You will be asked to enter your JHED ID and password.

Important for former RAUL users:  You will need to disable your RAUL settings on your browser.  Please call IT@JH for assistance at 410-516-HELP or support@jhu.edu.
