Industry Statistics

This guide provides a list of resources that either contain industry statistics or lead you to resources that provide industry statistics. For additional resources, consult the Government Publications, Maps and Law Library's Statistics guides, the Industry Overview or the Rankings resources.

Search the JHU Catalog for various official statistical yearbooks, published by particular countries, are located in General Reference and in Government Publications.

Trade or professional associations often compile statistics or provide news or trends for a given industry. Use the databases below to identify key associations by industry.

Search on your industry or product to identify professional associations that might compile statistics on that industry or publish trade periodicals or reports for that sector.

Search on your industry within either tables or abstracts. Useful for identifying statistics within trade journals for particular industries. Note the document number and request it from the staff in Government Publications to view the full-text.
