This link opens a new window - Info About Biological Abstracts (1985 forward) Biological Abstracts (1985 forward)  (All US JHU)
 
This online version of Biological Abstracts indexes most of the world's life science literature, starting in 1985. The print version covering 1926 to 1984 is available on C-Level in Science Reference.

PubMed is provided by the National Library of Medicine. Medline is their index to medical literature.
This link opens a new window - Info About Web of Science Web of Science  (All US JHU)

Web of Science indexes the journal literature in all disciplines, including science. It also allows you to follow citations from one paper to another.

Scopus is another large multi-discpline index. You can follow citations, as in Web of Science.
