Ways of Giving

Become a Friend of the Libraries

Only through support of committed individuals like the Friends can the libraries continue to provide the collections and services that a great university requires. The Sheridan Libraries serve students and faculty of Johns Hopkins Institutions, the Greater Baltimore community, and visiting researchers and scholars throughout the world. Please join this special group and strengthen the Libraries at Johns Hopkins University by becoming a member of the Friends.

Honor With Books

Your contribution to Honor With Books will enable the Sheridan Libraries to buy a book for the collections.

A bookplate bearing your name and the name of the person you are honoring will be placed in the book. As an acknowledgment of your thoughtfulness, a facsimile of the bookplate willl be sent to the honoree or to the family.

The Milton S. Eisenhower Legacy Circle

Distinguished scholarship by faculty and students at Johns Hopkins depends on the strength of the Sheridan Libraries. The Library depends on the support of its Friends. You can continue the Hopkins tradition of excellence by becoming a member of the Milton S. Eisenhower Legacy Circle. The Eisenhower Legacy Circle recognizes those who name the Library as beneficiary of a planned gift either in the form of a life income gift or a bequest.

Gift-In-Kind

The Eisenhower Library welcomes donations of library materials, printed works, manuscripts and other resources, supporting the research mission of the university. Gifts may supply materials hard to obtain by other means.
