Entrepreneurial Library Program Jeanne provides support on multiple levels in the development, evaluation and implementation of user-centered library services, resources, policies and procedures. Her interests and skills include personalized customer service, effective communication, problem-solving, and print and web design and development. Her professional background, prior to joining ELP, was in graphics composition, desktop publishing, and prepress.
