Distance Education Librarian

With nearly twenty years in the library and information field, Pat’s areas of expertise include reference service (information search and retrieval, information needs assessment); science librarianship including database searching, collection building and assessment; and instruction, both group and one-on-one. Within ELP, Pat is the lead on Hopkins KnowledgeNET, the Johns Hoplkins alumni virtual library.  She also provides research and reference services to our other partner institutions, and actively tests prospective projects and services that the ELP might offer.  She is a member of the American Library Association, and has been active in the Science and Technology section of the Association of College and Research Libraries.
