As the administrative coordinator for the Entrepreneurial Library Program, Cindy primarily provides budget analysis and fulfills the accounting needs for all ELP programs.  She also assists the Head of ELP, Barbara Pralle, as well as the rest of the office, by coordinating administrative support.

As of March 2010, Cindy has been with the Johns Hopkins University for nineteen years and has extensive budgetary experience.  Cindy studied accounting and business administration at Towson University.
