Entrepreneurial Library Program David Fearon As a data management consultant, David works with JHU faculty and researchers to both develop data management plans for NSF grants and assist in the implementation of the plan, including possible arching in the JHU Data Archive. He received his Masters of Library and Information Studies degree from the University of California, Los Angeles, with an emphasis in informatics and data curation. He also has a PhD. in Sociology from U.C. Santa Barbara, specializing in sociolinguistics and organizations.
