- Teaching support
- Support for school priorities/ support of University programs
- Breadth of impact
- Attracting new faculty
- Preservation needs
- Uniqueness of material
- Potential for collaboration
The Executive Committee then selected individual criteria and prioritized them according to the nominal group technique exercise (http://www.deboldgroup.com/TQM/nominal.htm). Based on this exercise, the final, rank-ordered list comprised: - Research Support
