As Reserves Assistant in the Entrepreneurial Library Program (ELP), Jeanne is responsible for obtaining material to be placed on electronic reserve and for pursuing copyright permissions. Jeanne also assists with scanning and electronic document editing, as well as updating ELP web content.

Jeanne's professional background, prior to joining ELP, was in pre-press. She holds a BFA in Professional Photographic Illustration from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
