Anita Norton is a Distance Education Librarian for Capella University in the collaborative partnership between Sheridan Libraries and Capella University. She provides research and reference assistance to distance education faculty, staff and students by phone, fax and email. She also collects resources to meet the teaching and research needs of the Capella University population.

Her professional interest is information literacy assessment and evaluation of student outcomes at the program and institutional level. She enjoys teaching others the necessary skills to fulfill their information needs.
