The holdings in the Sheridan Libraries Special Collections cover the historical aspects of most disciplines. We are eager to work with our faculty and graduate students to use our materials in support of JHU’s educational mission. Holding a class in Special Collections offers students a tangible experience of history within the classroom setting and adds exciting depth to almost any course. Additionally, all Hopkins students are welcome to make use of our materials for individual research. In most cases, with sufficient advance preparation, we can also make arrangements to support course-related research assignments.
